Absolutely blown away by the service I received at El Jannah thanks to a lovely staff member named Issra Raad. I don’t know her personally, but her professionalism and warm attitude really stood out. From the moment I approached the counter, she greeted me with a genuine smile and made the whole ordering process smooth and easy. She was patient, answered all my questions about the menu without rushing me, and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it.

It’s rare these days to come across someone who takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about the customer experience, but Issra clearly does. You can tell she brings a positive vibe to the place, and I wouldn’t be surprised if a lot of customers return just because of the way she treats people. Huge credit to El Jannah for having someone like her on the team—absolute top-tier customer service.
