El Jannah (Niddrie) Chicken Shop

Excellent food: fried chicken and roast chicken is great. Chips are just ok. Bread wasn't very warm. But the stand out is the gravy, garlic sauce and tabouli. Wow they are amazing! Rice pudding dessert is also great.The store is clean and professional looking with lots of seating space.

I heard a lot of positive reviews on the grilled chicken and today had a takeaway from El Jannah Chicken Niddrie. Delicious, reminded me of the Middle East. Service was fast, chicken full of flavours. All sauces are perfect additions to the meal. Will buy again.

Had a huge queue waiting for food. But the food is well prepared and high quality. Decent value for money.

heard some good things about el jannah so had to go try it out!mixed chicken meal- $54.9, 8.5/10- fried chicken was done really well- i loved the flavouring and seasoning of the fried chicken and how juicy it was- the roast chicken was seasoned very well too especially the chicken skin- the chicken meat itself could be more flavoured with more marination but other than that, it was still good- the fries were fried really well however i think either more seasoning or a different type of seasoning should be used because i felt like the chicken salt didnt really add anything to it- the coleslaw was standard, pretty good- gravy was extremely creamy and i loved the salty umami flavours- the garlic sauce was amazing i loved dipping my chicken and fries into itmedium tabouli- $7.5, 8/10- really good accompaniment for the chicken and the bread- super fresh and lots of good veggies- little bit too vinegary and sour at timesoverall, this is a really nice chicken restaurant and i hope they open up more across melbourne!
