Do you offer catering services?

Each El Jannah store is fully equipped to create large orders for all of your events and functions. Orders of any size can be made via our online ordering platform on the homepage www.eljannah.com.au or through our delivery partners; UberEATS, Menulog and Doordash. Alternatively, you may visit your local store, where our staff can help you with your order.

Why can’t I get delivery in my area?

Each El Jannah store has a delivery zone radius which varies with each location. Delivery zones are put in place by our delivery partners to ensure that our customers enjoy high food quality with reliable service and speedy delivery.

Do you take bookings for your restaurants?

No bookings necessary, walk-ins only.  Our El Jannah staff will always try their best to accommodate for your visit to any of our stores.

Can we BYO alcohol to your restaurants?

El Jannah stores are not licensed premises.

Are your stores COVID safe?

Each El Jannah store has a strict Covid-19 safety plan in place to ensure we support and protect our employees and our customers.

How are we keeping our employees and customers safe?

  • Providing sanitiser stations at store entries.
  • Keeping a record of who comes into our restaurants, with QR codes to check-in, visible on every table and at each counter.
  • Making sure our workplace is regularly disinfected by cleaning high touch areas and surfaces like door handles, tables, bench tops, toilets and other furniture in our stores.
  • Ensuring physical distancing by keeping a distance of at least 1.5 metres between customers and workers, where possible.
  • Having a glass screen at the front counter, which ensures that there is a safe distance between our staff and customers, specifically when taking orders.
  • Providing signs and posters around the workplace to remind workers and customers of the risks of Covid-19 and the measure necessary to stop its spread.
