Absolutely blown away by my experience at El Jannah (fully halal) in Pakenham! Hands down the best charcoal chicken I’ve had in years - perfectly marinated, cooked to smoky perfection, and melts in your mouth. Their fried strips were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the burgers and kabab rolls were simply bursting with flavor.

The place is immaculately clean, beautifully decorated. The owner was incredibly kind and respectful, and even arranged a private space for me to pray inside the outlet - something that truly touched my heart.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for authentic, halal, and heartwarming food with genuine hospitality. I’ll definitely be back again - probably sooner than later!

First time for me and it was absolutely delicious, perfection. I got the fried box and couldn’t fault it at all. Only thing I didn’t like was it was a bit echoey and noisy in the establishment so I went to my car to enjoy my meal. I think a few bins in the car parks would be a great addition.

Long time El Jannah fan. Been having since 2017 Granville.
The staff forgot babaganoush and didn't deliver. I had to remind. They had skewers on the menu but not displayed anywhere. I asked at counter and he said they are there but how do I know what you have if you don't keep a menu? They just have big screens with combos.

It's a bit sad to see how they have become more like any other fast food joint. The essence is gone. I had babaganoush but it now came in a plastic box. Cutlery replaced by paper plates. Pickles came in disposable boxes. I left with mixed feelings.

Edit: went there again. They still don't have a menu. Just a screen which doesn't display everything

Love the food and atmosphere here it’s awesome. And my favourite part is that their seating area is always tidy and nice to eat at.

I’ve even tried getting delivered from here and the food arrives tasty hot and fresh.

If I was gonna give any room for improvement it would be for the front counter staff to be a bit more friendly and polite, but that’s literally it.

Price is on par with everything else lately.

Finally my most favourite part is that they have a big beautiful window at the front of the restaurant where you can watch all the zombies of Pakenham as they was by.
