Food and service not bad satisfactory , but over priced specially with 15% surcharge on public holidays .. 140$ for 3 chickens meal .. that’s some thing to be reconsidered..

I went to el jannah Broadmeadows around 9:20 today and the service exceeded our expectations and despite the rush the food was fresh and came out very fast, we were served by a guy with glasses, long hair and a beard and a girl wearing a hijab, they were very polite and lovely. Would recommend 100% to everyone!!!

Went for lunch with my partner. He ordered half chicken, was told it will take 20 minutes. Upon checking after 30 minutes, was again told, it will take 15 minutes. Place didn’t look that busy since it was public holiday. I understand, it happens in hospitality, but staff need to be truthful and let know what the problem is, so that we can decide either to wait or go somewhere else. I would highly appreciate if you guys look into it.

Amazing food, great vibe, and 100% halal!
El Jannah has become one of my go-to spots for a seriously satisfying meal. Their charcoal chicken is hands down some of the best you’ll find—tender, smoky, and full of flavour every time. The garlic sauce? Legendary. It’s the perfect combo with their fresh bread, crispy chips, and tasty pickles.

I also love that the whole menu is halal, so you can enjoy everything without worry. It’s a great option for families, catch-ups with friends, or even a quick meal on the go. The service is always quick and friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming and casual—just a really solid place all around.

They’ve got a good range of options too, from wraps and burgers to full meals, so there’s something for everyone. If you haven’t tried El Jannah yet, you’re definitely missing out. Highly recommended!

Honestly shocked how fast the service was. I'm pretty sure only 2 people were working at the time when I ordered, a few days ago, and a young man served me, my wife and kids in almost 5 minutes! I think his name was Anas? Regardless, the food was freshest fresh, the workers were lovely, and the restaurant was clean. I cant wait to come back, the kids loved it 💙

Food was nice but what made the experience worthwhile was the incredible hospitality - in particular, an individual by the name Anas.

The staff were friendly and had a welcoming vibe. The food was fresh and tasty. The restaurant was clean.
Only negative was there was a man doing drugs outside the front door which could deter potential customers.
