The Best Charcoal Chicken in Braybrook

At El Jannah, we don’t rush great chicken. Every piece is slow-cooked over open flames to lock in flavour, keep the meat juicy, and create that signature smoky char we’re known for. It’s a process refined over decades to ensure every bite delivers.

This isn’t just charcoal chicken in Braybrook — it’s charcoal chicken done right.

What Makes our Fried Chicken in Braybrook So Crispy

So, what makes El Jannah’s fried chicken in Braybrook stand out? It all comes down to doing things properly, every single time. While others cut corners, we focus on getting that perfect crunch and flavour balance.

Each piece is hand-breaded using our signature blend of herbs and spices, then cooked to golden perfection. The result is a crispy outer layer with juicy, flavour-packed chicken inside. No shortcuts, no soggy tenders — just seriously good fried chicken every time.

Lovely chicken, I have tried chicken on Sydney but chicken’s here are so delicious and flavourful. However, after asking I got to know the chicken has been cooked by guy named ‘Nazmus’ Salute to you mate, for considering customers value and taste Eventually, it made me to try fried chicken, more specifically ‘5 mixed pieces’ Oh man!!! It was hot as it’s been picked up from fryer and the juiciness is intense I was full but anyway I tried their lunch meal (crispy special) Its more than worth of cost, juiciness from tender drops after each bite 🥰 Honestly, I have never seen such deal at this price rate Actually, I’d definitely try every item in their menu but I was full at that time I’ll certainly come again and recommend my friends and relatives I don’t want my closer ones to miss that great meal Thanks El jannah team and specially the charcoal guy ‘Nazmus’ Luv u, mate ❤️
