Great chicken, as usual. Unfortunately, the chips were a real disappointment. They had everything that makes chips feel less like proper chips: cooked in what seemed like a seed/vegetable oil, with a noticeable smell, only just cooked enough not to be raw, yellow in colour, and missing that golden, crisp finish. At the price you are charging, this feels unfair to customers. Sahara by the Park is only 150 metres away and makes the best chips, in case you want to study how it is done.

Amazing, friendly, and always super efficient service. The food is so delicious, fresh and tasty with great portion sizes and the chicken is so generous, moist and juicy with a delicious char flavour. We love the pickles, hummus, toum and tabouli are top quality. The chips are always perfectly yummy too!! 😋 Eiman and Chloe are both so lovely and helpful and went above and beyond make the whole process so pleasant and easy. Bankstown El Jan nah is the best. Great for families and I highly recommend!

I had a great experience at El Jannah thanks to Amara. She provided excellent customer service, was friendly, polite, and made sure everything was handled quickly and professionally.
