The charcoal chicken from this place was great. However the bread and the fries were really dry and hard to eat. I wish the bread was more crispier and fluffy. Other than that the food was amazing.

I love in Victoria and each time I'm in Sydney I take train from Central Station to Granville so I can visit El Jannah for chicken and chips. It's the best.

I am a regular customer at El Jannah Granville and have always appreciated the great charcoal chicken. It is still delicious and full of flavour, and it is the main reason I keep coming back.

However, the overall meal experience could be much better. The meals often feel very dry, and adding more sauce or moisture would make a big difference. The coleslaw tastes nice, but the price feels too high for the portion size. The charcoal chicken roll and tawouk roll are also overpriced for what you get.

The menu also feels quite limited, and adding a few more sides or meal variations would make the dining experience more exciting. I will continue visiting for the chicken, but there is definitely room for improvement in other parts of the menu.
