This was my first visit to El Jannah Burwood, and honestly, I came for the chicken but stayed for the kindness. The service deserves a standing ovation 👏. The two female staff members were incredibly patient and friendly — so kind that I briefly wondered if they were secretly trained in emotional healing. From ordering to serving, everything was done with warmth and care. My mood improved before my appetite was even satisfied.
Now, let’s talk about the chicken. The meat itself was delicious — juicy, flavorful, and clearly cooked with experience. You can tell this isn’t “just another grilled chicken.” That said, I have to be honest: some parts of the skin were a bit too charred and slightly salty. Not a deal-breaker, but the chicken skin may have had a little too much excitement that day 😄.
The salad, however, was a pleasant surprise — fresh, tasty, and so good it almost distracted me from the chicken. The dining area was clean, comfortable, and very relaxing, making it an enjoyable place to sit and eat without feeling rushed.
Finally, a heartfelt thank you to the two female staff members for their genuine kindness. Being treated with such friendliness really makes a difference. Four stars not because I don’t love it — but because I’m definitely coming back again. Grateful from the heart 🍗✨
