I had a great experience at El Jannah Burwood! The food was delicious and the service was excellent. A special shoutout to Evie, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. Her positive attitude and great customer service really made the experience even better. She’s definitely an asset to the team. I’ll happily come back again! And again!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at El Jannah, and I just had to leave a review. The famous charcoal chicken was perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor, and that legendary garlic sauce never disappoints. What made this visit truly memorable, though, was our server, Eissa. His professionalism, manners, and efficiency blew me away. He was attentive, made sure our order was perfect, and served us with a massive smile. It is rare to see such a strong work ethic and top-tier customer service from someone so young.Amazing food and next-level service from Eissa—we will definitely be back!

There was a young girl of Asian background very petite in the back kitchen today around 8pm 23rd August she kept chucking handling all the food around like it was rubbish and had a rude attitude on her. She kept chucking commentary because we needed our food changed after explaining we needed it fresh as we had a drive ahead of us Should really teach her how to smile and not work with that sad attitude. Indian guy was really nice and helpful and helped us solve the issue really quickly and nicely!! Only giving stars for him.

Amara Mikati had one of the best customer services i’ve ever experienced. she welcomed me with a beautiful smile and was so polite. she’s made me want to contiously come back as she convinced me to buy more food - which was the best i’ve ever had.

The charcoal chicken is really tasty. That middle eastern char grilled flavour is great. I do wish the counter staff seemed a bit more enthusiastic to be there. Or had some training in how to interact with customers. Or at least didn't mumble when talking to you.

Eissa had amazing customer service and my food came very fast. 10/10 definitely coming back
