El Jannah (Bankstown) Chicken Shop

Attended on grand opening day. The chicken was juicy and had a nice charcoal flavour. The chips were amazing and if paired with the gravy makes it even better. The shop was busy when I ordered but the food still came out quick. Why bother eating KFC when this is so much better. This outlet has a drive thru.

Went there today and I had one of my best customer experiences! Went through drive though during the lunch rush and even though the wait was a while the service and food made it worth it!! Upon arriving at the speaker I was greeted by a happy and cheerful employee, and going up to the window was no different, charlee was helpful and friendly when I asked to see sizes of the sides and chips, and even offered to explain what was in each roll when requested, keep up the good work!!!

Food hit all the right spots fresh and crisp, Friendly staff ready to get you what you desire.

I’ve met the best customer service at about 11am on Friday 11 October, the guy at the counter was very polite and gave me all the options restaurant had. The food was ready within 3 minutes, I’m not joking, and it was fresh and tasty! My first experience with “el Jannah” and I’ll 100% be back!

Always very good chicken and value is amazing with the deluxe meals, however the chips sometimes come with no seasoning on them even when requested.Expect when you go here long waits for your food during dinner/lunch time and good luck exiting the parking lot!

Service with a smile, team are very friendly and helpful. Very nice place to enjoy a great meal!

Charcoal chicken can never go wrong

Entered today with my son and partner. Was greeted straight away from the young man behind the counter. Ordered to dine in and this young man was just absolutely polite and happy. Took me back to the days of when customer service was number 1. Was given my number and we decided to sit outside. Within 5mins our food was served. The young man double checked everything ok and I said yes. I then asked him for his name and he told me it's Tarek . Tarek, I would just love to say thankyou for making our dine in experience with el jannah Bankstown a wonderful experience. Our food was beautifully nice and fresh 😋. We will be returning soon. Great service Tarek amd keep that smile 😃

I usually stop by to grab lunch on my work break. All time favourite is the tawook roll, always so fresh.

Fresh, juicy, hot delicious chicken, fresh fries, the best garlic sauce I've ever eaten. I highly recommend, I'll definitely come back, I haven't eaten better anywhere. Very helpful and friendly service, pleasant atmosphere and appearance of the place.
