How far in advance do I need to order?
Time needed by El Jannah to prepare your feast depends on how large the event is. It is recommended to book at least 7 days in advance so that any changes or requests can be provided in a timely manner.
How many do I cater for at a party?
Aim for one portion of each food per guest for a sit-down meal. Each adult munches through about a pound of food, while kids manage around half. For buffets, decrease main course portions slightly.
