Amazing experience as soon as I pulled up to the window I was greeted very friendly by Lani and Jezelle, they gave me great options and recommended the app to me the gravy also tasted amazing.

Lani was absolutely amazing to deal with during peak hour drive thru. She packed the food neatly and made sure my order was packed correctly. Definitely had a good experience:)

The food is always good and fresh — I absolutely love their EJ bites! However, it would be great to see a bit more variety on the menu. We often ask if we can swap the chips or bread for something else, but the response usually comes off quite rude at first.

Interestingly, when we offer to pay extra, the tone changes, and suddenly it’s possible. It would be much better if staff simply explained from the start that changes can be made for a small additional fee — we wouldn’t mind that at all. It would also be nice if there were flexible options for customers who can’t have certain items. Overall, great food, but a little improvement in communication and flexibility would make the experience even better.

Always a very good experience. Very good and friendly staff. Their charcoal chicken is just ❤️
