Our favourite fast food option. Most of the time the chicken is cooked perfectly. There will be occassion where they are overcooked and burnt. So need to check before you do the take away. I like their chips and lebanese bread. Their garlic sauce is very delicious. The price is also good for families. Parking is limited close to the restaurants.

The food is top notch and the store atmosphere is so nice and vibey! The staff are also very friendly and helpful. Of course the charcoal chicken, the garlic sauce and taboulli are absolutely amazing, but another item I haven't heard been talked about is the garlic cheese pocket! That cheese pull!! Amazing. 🧀 😋

I’m willing to bet this is the best chicken shop in the neighbourhood — no contest! Their chicken is tender, juicy, and full of flavour, and the garlic sauce is absolutely incredible. To top it all off, they even gave me a free box of chicken bites. Five stars without hesitation!

The food was okay, and the staff were really nice. They happily swapped the fries for a big bowl of salad, which I really appreciated. Thanks

I've been to El Jannah Burwood quite a few times and one thing I appreciate is that it's usually much less crowded than the Granville location. You still better atmosphere, same quality food, and friendly service, but without the long waits and hectic crowds. The charcoal chicken is consistently tender, juicy, and cooked well. Recently I've noticed it can be a little on the salty side, but it's still very enjoyable and full of flavour. The real standout, as always, is the signature garlic sauce. It's easily one of the best garlic sauces around—smooth, creamy, and incredibly satisfying with the chicken, chips, and Lebanese bread. The staff are generally efficient and welcoming, and orders come out quickly even during busy periods. If you're looking for the El Jannah experience without the chaos of Granville, Burwood is an excellent option. Great food, good service, and that famous garlic sauce keeps me coming back.

Great chicken, as usual. Unfortunately, the chips were a real disappointment. They had everything that makes chips feel less like proper chips: cooked in what seemed like a seed/vegetable oil, with a noticeable smell, only just cooked enough not to be raw, yellow in colour, and missing that golden, crisp finish. At the price you are charging, this feels unfair to customers. Sahara by the Park is only 150 metres away and makes the best chips, in case you want to study how it is done.
