1998. The first El Jannah opened its doors in Granville. One restaurant. One obsession. Nearly 30 years later, that obsession hasnβt budged.

Every piece of chicken watched over an open flame by our charcoal masters (because that smoky flavour doesnβt happen by accident!). Thatβs the bit everyone else skips.
These are the same recipes passed down since 1998, still made by hand, still cooked with the same care.

Breadβs baked fresh daily. Tabouli prepped in store daily. Thatβs just how a proper Lebanese kitchen runs. Fresh never frozen (except our chips). Real food, real fuel.
