Terms and Conditions 

1. Information included in the Schedule above, including How to Enter, Eligible Entrants, Entry Limit, Prize and Total Prize Pool, form part of these terms and conditions (Terms). 
2. Participating in this Competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms. 
3. Entry to the Competition is free, but entrants are responsible for any costs imposed by their internet service or other technology providers. 
4. Entries will be deemed as accepted at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission. Late entries will not be accepted. 
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. 
6. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion (acting reasonably), to deem any irregular, incomplete, indecipherable, illegal or fraudulent entry or any entries that does not comply with these Terms, as invalid. 
7. The Promoter may prohibit any person’s participation in this Competition, cancel or suspend the Prize (or part thereof) if the Promoter considers that the entrant has behaved in a way which may diminish or defame the Promoter’s name or reputation, is in bad faith, is designed to gain an unfair advantage, is fraudulent, is otherwise contrary to law or these Terms, or is otherwise inappropriate. 
8. The Promoter reserves the right to request an entrant produce (within a reasonable requested time) appropriate photo identification or other documentation (to the Promoter’s reasonable satisfaction) in order to confirm the entrant’s identity, age, residential address, eligibility to enter and claim a prize, and any information submitted by the entrant in entering the Competition, before issuing a prize. If any documentation required by the Promoter is not received by the Promoter (or its nominated agent) or an entrant or entry has not been verified or validated to the Promoter’s (or its nominated agent’s) satisfaction, then all the entries of that entrant may be ineligible and deemed invalid. 
9. Invalid entries cannot win a Prize. 
10. If this Competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion (acting reasonably), to the fullest extent permitted by law: a) to disqualify any entrant; orb) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Competition, as appropriate.
11. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. 
12. The Competition is a game of chance. The method of draw will allow each entry in the draw a random and equal chance of being drawn. 
13. The winner of a prize (Prize Winner) will be selected via random draw (“Prize Draw“) within fourteen (14) days following the end of the Competition Period. The Prize Draw will take place at the Promoter’s office, Suite 1.02, 6 Parkview Dr, Sydney Olympic Park NSW 2127. Eligible Entrants are not required to be present at the Prize Draw.  
14. The Prize Winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 5 business days of the Prize Draw, and their names may be published on the Promoters website and/or social media channels. 
15. Prizes must be claimed within 10 days of the Prize Draw. If a prize is not claimed by that time, the winner will forfeit their prize, and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw. 
16. If a prize remains unawarded (for example, if a winner cannot be found or does not claim their prize), the Promoter will publish details of the unawarded prize and the circumstances in which the prize was not awarded at [Insert this blog post link] within 30 days of the original draw or redraw (as applicable), in accordance with regulatory requirements. 
17. The Prize (including any used portion) is not transferable nor redeemable for cash. 
18. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies exclude all liability (including negligence) except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (including any applicable consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law), for any direct or indirect injury, loss and/or damage arising in any way out of the Competition. 
19. The Promoter does not take any responsibility for any tax consequences or imposts that arise from the receipt of the Prize.  The Prize Winner should seek independent financial advice about any tax implications that may arise from winning the Prize. 
20. All decisions made by the Promoter regarding any aspect of this Competition, including but not limited to the selection of winners, are final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
21. It is a condition of entry that the winner agrees to the publication of their name and state on the website ([Insert this blog post link]) which will occur within five days of the prize draw. 
22. By entering this competition, all entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, username, and/or submitted content (including photographs or video, if applicable) for the purpose of promoting the Competition, the Promoter’s products, or future promotions. This use may include publication in any media, including but not limited to TV, radio, online platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube), print media, digital advertising, and the Promoter’s website and social media channels. This consent is granted without compensation and applies for a period of up to five (5) years from the competition end date, unless otherwise required by law or agreed with the entrant. 
23. The Promoter collects your personal information (such as your name, contact details, and any other information you provide) for the purpose of conducting the Competition and, if you consent, for marketing purposes. 
    If you do not provide this information, you may not be able to enter the Competition or claim a prize. 
    Your personal information may be disclosed to third parties, including service providers and regulatory authorities, as required by law or for the purpose of the Competition.
