How do I join the Legendary Rewards program?
Simply download our app and sign up or sign up through our online ordering platform https://order.eljannah.com.au/app/ and place an order. Then, boom you’re in!
How does the Legendary Reward program work?
As a loyalty member, you will earn 1 stamp when you spend $15+ online, through the app (you will need to ensure you are signed in) or in-store (you must scan your card from your app at checkout to earn). Once you earn 5 stamps, you will unlock a $10 voucher to redeem on your next meal of $25+. This voucher will expire in 7 days from earning.
Do my stamps or vouchers expire?
Stamps expire if you haven’t earned one in the last 30 days, and vouchers have their own expiry dates. You can check the expiry of your vouchers from within our app or online through https://order.eljannah.com.au/app/ in the “Offers” section.
Can my expired voucher be re-issued?
No, once a voucher has expired, it cannot be reissued. Please make sure to use your vouchers before the expiration date to enjoy the benefits.
Can I share or combine vouchers?
Nope, vouchers are just for you! They can’t be combined with others or shared, and each individual voucher needs to be used in a single purchase.
