The charcoal chicken was absolutely spot on – juicy, full of flavour, and cooked perfectly. The garlic sauce and fresh sides just made the whole meal even better.
What really stood out though was the manager’s professionalism and leadership. The service was smooth, the staff were friendly and organised, and you can clearly see the high standards being maintained. It makes a big difference when management genuinely cares about customer experience.

First time visiting El Jannah St Albans and I was really impressed. The place was very clean and the self-serve kiosks were easy to use. The staff member at the counter was polite and friendly, and the food was freshly cooked. I didn’t have to wait long at all, it honestly reminded me of back home in Sydney, with Campbelltown, Prestons, and Liverpool where the wait is usually under 20 minutes. Amazing work overall and I’d definitely recommend it to everyone.

Me and my mum went to melb to visit the fam. We got a bit hungry on the first day and we saw this shop. We tried it, man. Idky Perth doesn't have this stuff 😭. And yeah we would have it everyday for the past 4 days, it was that good, would go for og meal. Best charcoal chicken we've ever had. Salute 🫡 to the workers Nd everyone volunteer
