We love Eljannah, how could you not?!

However, out of the last 20 times we have visited this year, we have had to clear and clean our table 12 times (yes I counted)… Staff really need to step out and clear the floor - especially outside of peak hours.

Thought it would be just another hyped up place but the charcoal chicken was quite good for a chain. Only let down is the chips are sometimes not crunchy and a bit soggy. What sets this place above the rest however, is the customer service in the drive through which feels very welcoming and efficient, Unlike most chain drive throughs which seem to be mainly disgruntled staff.
