Excellent place and great taste, i took voucher which didn't work, but they were considerate enough to apply discount. Food was absolutely delicious

Food was on point. Garlic sauce was delicious. It's a must have gravy was also great with the chips. It's nice that there's a fried option to compliment. The normal roast chicken. Place was clean and tidy

This was the first time I have been to Eljannah Mitcham, best decision ever. Food was hot and fresh, and I must mention how Hannah’s service was amazing! She greeted me with a warm welcome, cleaning the area nicely and even gave me some profiteroles after I have made a review! However, what I didn’t want to see how she was getting mistreated by an extreme rude customer by asking her “What is with your attitude?” making a whole scene when all I witnessed was her showing politeness and respect. Was disappointing when no one was defending her, but after the incident she was still strong as she continued to do her work. Please eljannah protect your staff at all costs!

Your ordering times are not inline with reality. Ready in 10 mins (online), waiting close to 1 hour in shop.

I've been coming here for months now and the chicken is always good quality, the dining area is also normally clean aswell. I met the cashier Hannah the other day, she provided excellent service, was quick to help and was nice to chat to. Will keep coming here.

INSANELY GOOD FOOD. the chicken tastes like no other chicken store.. this store changed my life. I come here once a week with my family, and quite frankly.. its changed my life for the better. I strongly reccomend this restaurant for anyone wanting to taste good food. 😊😊😊

I don’t usually make reviews, but it had come to a point to talk about how hardworking all the staff were. It was very busy yesterday during lunch and there was only one girl at the front taking orders, preparing them and serving the customers, which seemed too stressful for her to handle but I can see how she is doing her best in the rush hour. While she was taking my order, I told her how of an amazing job she was doing in rush hour especially handling some annoying customers, and she said she was doing her best with the job and how my words boosted her to do better and gain more confidence. Some people need to realize how people working in hospitality are humans too, especially when it comes to the teenage staff seeking more experience. Not to mention some of the low star reviews are completely unnecessary and disrespectful and not considering the hard work the staff are putting the effort, while you guys have no purpose of life and taking such a big deal on small things all humans can do. I wish I could reply to the unnecessary reviews to make them get a sense of themselves. Overall, the staff was amazing and the charcoal chicken was to die for. Coming again next time! Thank you eljannah!

We've always had a great experience at EJ Mitcham! Recently, I made an annoying mistake with my order and the manager was so kind and fixed it for me (and wasn't under any obligation to do so). The food was delicious as always and I can highly recommend, it's a staple at our house!
