The chicken strips really surpassed expectations. It was very crispy, the fried batter didn’t fall apart, the garlic sauce and the gravy were absolutely amazing, much better than other fried chicken chains. The service was quick which I’m happy about it. Will come back next time I go to Kensington

Food was great, place was clean, but as per the other comments the service is was average. They werent rude and im sure they are nice people but seemed very disinterested. As in food came out without plates, then no cutlery and then our drinks didn't come out. I had to go to the counter 3 times.

I've been here a couple of times (including just now - Good Friday 18th) and everytime the staff seem disinterested. Not sure they're overworked or short on staff, but they don't even greet or say thanks - basic customer service....
They weren't even busy, every customer was friendly and it was just non-existent. Luckily the food was good, consistent with the original in Sydney. However the chicken was so small (refer to pic), perhaps they changed their supplier, if you compared it to my chips it was just slightly bigger lol.

Did not disappoint! Everything was cooked to perfection and very fresh. Their garlic sauce was very authentic too! We got the family pack and there was heaps of leftovers.
Now I know why el Jannah is so successful!
