Take away meal tonight featuring the charcoal chicken and fried chicken combo, complete with the chips and all the sauces needed .
The star was the charcoal chicken, it was juicy and I can smell the hint of charcoal. Reading from some review I guess I must be lucky cos some of them mentioned chicken being dry.
I wish they have the spicy version for the charcoal chicken that will be awesome.
Fried chicken , this one fall short of my expectation. More like crisp with a bit of soggy batter. Again reading from the review actually it was mentioned that the crispy chicken is decent but I guess not my case.
The gravy- I'm not a fan of it, it's guess the taste is just a bit different.
Garlic sauce- this is is good more like garlic aioli.
Tabouleh- this is not bad, perfect sides to wash down your meal and refreshing.
Coleslaw and chips are just meh nothing to write down about.
Would I go again? Maybe but looking forward to see if there will be a spicy version of the charcoal chicken coming.
Oh also the public holiday surcharge is kinda high so just beware of this charges
Ah also heard from one of my "minion" that the toilet there smell a bit funky so might be time for hygiene check probly team?
