Fasten all day went to have something to eat over 20 people waiting to give order on 1 register when I asked why don't you open a second register one of the waiter very rude that's it one register over crowded place I gave the order we waited 40 minutes for the food to break our fast no luck when I ask the waiters when we will be serviced he said there are people waiting over an hour just wait for your turn then I went to the register and asked for a refund and you know what I really with all my heart I don't wish you any happy Ramadan or Eid for yesterday humiliation you gave us on the last day of Ramadan get lost all of you as management owner and service 👎👎👎

It was very good. Charcoal chicken has his magic effect of tempting us to go there at least once in a week. I won’t suggest the pickle , bit too salty for me. but that's barely an issue. Eljannah is 10/10 if you ask me .

I visited El Jannah today, and I must say, my experience was made even better by the excellent service provided by two representatives, YEANUR and TASNIM. They were very simple and polite. They explained the menu with patience and answered all my questions with a smile, making the whole experience feel so warm and welcoming.

The food was absolutely delicious and affordable. I also took advantage of their breakfast offer, which came with a free coffee, and it was a perfect start to my day.

Their interior is spacious and provides a peaceful atmosphere, making it an ideal spot to think, write, draw, and enjoy a meal with a coffee.

Thank you to the El Jannah team, especially YEANUR and TASNIM, for your exceptional service.

Definitely recommend coming here! The food is really delicious and well cooked. Both grilled and fried chicken. Staff are polite and if something is not done for you they will come straight away and assist. Definitely coming here again!

The food and atmosphere were great—definitely worth 5 stars. However, the service was disappointing and needs improvement. The manager on duty on the evening of March 8th should ensure the staff is better managed. I went there around 9.30 PM and All the tables were dirty, and even after requesting a staff member to clean ours, it was done poorly. The person cleaning the table seemed uninterested in their
job, and at the very least, could have made an effort to appear professional. In the end, I had to use tissues to clean it myself so my family could sit comfortably. Customer service matters, and proper training is essential."
