Special shout-out to Ahmed, who is a great manager. He’s professional, helpful, and makes sure customers are happy and well looked after. From all the El Jannahs that I visited this one is by far the best one, the place is big, service quick, food is really fresh, the fries were super crunchy, the Tabouli roll was really good, the chicken was well cooked and tasty. The best part was the new lemonada that they included which is just everything I wanted: tangy lemon taste and refreshing mint as well. I hope they keep the lemonada as a regular drink in the menu. Overall 10/10

Had an awesome experience here the other night. I arrived literally one minute before closing, and a young bloke went above and beyond to help me out. He sorted me out with some chicken and genuinely gave me some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. He could have easily turned me away given the time, but instead he went out of his way to help and saved the night. Absolute legend and a credit to the business. 5 stars well deserved!

A special thanks to, Yasmine and Ahmed for their excellent service. They were very kind, friendly and attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.
