We’re big believers in the power of a legendary burger, which is why we’ve spent years perfecting a pair of chicken burgers so good, you’ll want to hard launch them on your Instagram. Just make sure you mute your most annoying family members before you do; we know how much they love to ask questions.
The freshness of our Crispy Chicken Burger speaks for itself, while its spicy sibling, the Grilled Chicken Burger, is renowned as one of the best chicken burgers in town. Treat yourself to one (or both), and get ready to fall in looooove.

Charcoal chicken without a fresh, traditional Lebanese salad, is like going to someone’s home without a gift. It just isn’t right. Our range of Lebanese salads, like our chicken salad, fattoush salad, and tabouli salad, are just as delicious as they are fun to say. Say fabulous fattoush six times fast, we dare you.
We heard your tummy start to rumble just then … which means it’s time to get the best charcoal chicken in town. But charcoal chicken without some seriously tasty sides is only half the fun — and we’ve got the best sides for chicken. We’re no one-trick ponies. Our signature sides and Lebanese dips range features bold flavours, with options like our universally beloved garlic sauce, crispy chips that’ll make your mouth water, and our hommous dip, which is so good, you’ll never want store bought again.

The Best Charcoal Chicken in Braybrook
Here at El Jannah, we don’t just throw some chicken on a grill and plate it up a handful of minutes later. That’s not how we do things. Nah, we slow-cook everything to really lock in those flavours. Every bite is a perfect balance of flavour, texture, and that unbeatable char. When you’re at El Jannah, you’re not just eating chicken, you’re experiencing a flavour explosion that’s been perfected over 30 years. This isn’t just charcoal chicken in Braybrook. This is the best charcoal chicken in Braybrook. Simple as that.
What Makes our Fried Chicken in Braybrook So Crispy
So, what makes El Jannah’s fried chicken in Braybrook the crispiest, juiciest, and most irresistible around? Want to know the secret? Well okay, but don’t tell anyone. The secret is … we … Cook it! Crazy right? No, really, hear us out for a sec. Too many chicken shops do a rush job when it comes to frying their chicken and then what you end up with is some oil-drenched, soggy sad excuse for a chicken tender. You’re coming home from the club and the only thing you want is something crunchy and that’s what you get? No. We won’t stand for it.
Here at El Jannah, we don’t do anything half-hearted. Each piece of chicken is carefully coated with our special blend of spices and hand-breaded to create that perfect crispy crunch that’s impossible to resist. There will be no tears over soggy tenders for you. We promise.

The plate lands with confidence. In the image, you’ve got El Jannah’s charcoal chicken, deeply bronzed with visible char along the skin, topped generously with a thick dollop of their iconic garlic sauce. The chicken shows signs of being pushed just a touch too far over the coals — some edges are darker, edging into bitterness — but it’s nothing that can’t be rescued, or even forgiven, once that garlic sauce gets involved. Alongside it sits a vibrant tabbouleh, chopped fine and glistening with lemon and olive oil, flecked with tomato and parsley, looking as fresh as it tastes.
Let’s address the chicken first. Yes, parts of it are over-charred, with a few bitter bits creeping through. But this is where El Jannah reminds you why they sit in a category of their own. That garlic sauce is next level — creamy, punchy, unapologetically garlicky, and powerful enough to smooth out the rough edges of the cook. It’s the real differentiator here and the reason El Jannah separates itself from places like Red Rooster or your standard charcoal chicken shop. This isn’t just sauce; it’s the backbone of the meal.
The tabbouleh is fresh and well balanced, not soggy or heavy on the onion. Bright herbs, clean acidity, and a proper chop show respect for Lebanese cooking done right. It complements the richness of the chicken rather than trying to compete with it.

We ordered the Special 2 — two whole chickens with chips and bread — and added extra garlic sauce (non-negotiable) plus an extra serve of tabbouleh. It’s generous, filling, and budget-friendly, making it an easy choice for families or groups. During dinner time there’s a constant flow of diners, in and out, which is always a good sign — people know what they’re coming for and they keep coming back.
El Jannah Braybrook may not hit perfection on the char every time, but the overall experience still delivers. When the garlic sauce is this good, it earns a lot of grace. This is comfort food with attitude — bold, messy, satisfying, and affordable — and that signature sauce remains the reason El Jannah continues to draw a crowd.

First time trying this charcoal chicken place. The chicken is sooooo good! So are the chips and they’re very generous on the chips. The wraps that go with your meal are also so fresh!
We were served by a young lad named Eden, he had great customer service and you just knew he represents this work place well.
Food was made fast and it was a pleasant experience. Our family loved the taste as well. We need this in New Zealand.

I went through drive-thru today around night time, there was a girl that took my order. She told me the order was going to take a bit, she had very a good attitude about it, friendly tone. While, waiting for my wrap (which was delicious) I noticed her doing both drive-thru and kitchen while continuously taking orders. I’ve worked in fast food and know how busy it can get and she did an amazing job.

El jannah braybrook has changed my life. I walked in about 20 minutes ago and the kind staff greeted me with open arms. If I was their manager I would give them a raise.

Came in for a snack today, it was great. The young boy who served me was very welcoming, he was Asian with glasses and I think his name began with an ‘I’. Thanks to him for his hard work, would come again!
