ej never misses, especially this one in braybrook! alongside the food, the staff are always lovely. a teen named isaac in particular was super patient with me today whilst serving me, despite how busy it was. thanks so much to him!! :) the sauces really pull together the meals as well, one of the best i've had from fast food places for sure! would def suggest checking it out, i've been coming back ever since i tried their chicken for the first time

I feel so sorry for the 1 high school kid running the show pretty much all by himself - your business does not deserve the effort he is putting in for the amount he is probably getting underpaid.

Kid was zooming around between taking orders, packing takeaways, waiting tables all whilst being glared at by impatient customers.

Dunno his name, but check your CCTV footage around 9:15pm 13/11 and you’ll see exactly what I mean.

I had such a great experience at El Jannah Braybrook. The customer service was honestly exceptional from the moment we walked in. The team cleaned our table before we even sat down and were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our visit.

A huge credit to the whole team, especially the young staff who were working so hard and still delivering amazing service. Special shoutout to Chloe and Issac, who were front-facing and handling customers with so much patience and professionalism. I saw a few customers being quite rude and demanding, yet they stayed calm, kind and helpful the entire time.

Fantastic food, fantastic people — I’ll definitely be back. 💛
