The staff here have excellent service, especially this one guy called Faaz, he was such a bright boy, he had genuine intrest in this buisness and was delighted to be there. He only had positive things to say about El Jannah, and created a warm atmosphere in the room. When he called out my number, from the first two words he said, i could instantly tell he was a sophisticated little boy, any place would be lucky to have a boy half as good as he is. Good job boy, i hope i see you next time

There is a sophisticated male named Faaz and when he called out my number he said have a great day sir. In my entire 5 years of living I have never been called sir and I feel very obliged so he is a very good worker and should receive a pay rise. Thank you El Jannah for serving great chicken🫃.

A mate said to stop there. We did. I parked the car. I ordered medium hot chips. There was so much that I got Leo to help me out. Crunchy & delish. Good service & facilities. Drive north on Station Street Box Hill, crossing Canterbury Road: it is on your right. Hang a right into the side street just past it and park there.

First time having dinner here and it's absolutely wonderful to see another halal restaurant here in Box Hill! Food was great! We ordered the mixed chicken meal with a soft drink can, an extra chilli sauce and some baklava. Our order arrived after a short amount of time. The portions were big and we had enough to take home after our meal. Both the charcoal and fried chicken were perfectly crispy and not overly greasy. The coleslaw is probably the best we've had from a franchise here in Melbourne. Gravy was buttery and complemented the dishes well. Fries were also well seasoned and crispy. Both garlic and chilli sauces added a nice dash of flavour. Definitely recommend El Jannah Box Hill to everyone! The atmosphere is clean, inviting and well managed. Will be back often and wishing this restaurant all the best!

Food has been delicious every time. The tenders were insanely good and the gravy that came with them, delicious. Chips are some of my favourite I've had. I've also had the roast chicken and that is juicy and great flavour

Chicken was great and not dry. The service was also great. The restaurant is very spacious and clean. Update:the service has dropped since opening. Don't put QR codes on the table if you don't plan on using them. A staff member barely explaining the reason while walking away is also not great.

The chicken was juicy with that delicious smoky taste, and the garlic sauce was honestly next level. The chips were crispy, and everything came out hot and well presented. What made the visit even better was the excellent service from Dwo. She was friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything was spot on. Her positive attitude and great customer service made us feel valued and added so much to the overall experience. It’s not often you come across service this genuine and professional. Big thanks to Dwo and the team at El Jannah Box Hill definitely coming back again.
