Lovely staff, great team and very tidy restaurant.

The fatoush though has no fried bread in it and no dressing, was just like a salad so abit disappointed because we travelled from Mittagong to get the food for lunch. Tabouli also very soggy.

I had an outstanding experience with Emily at El Jannah! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and genuine friendliness that immediately made me feel welcome. Emily was attentive, patient, and incredibly professional throughout my visit.

She went above and beyond to ensure my order was exactly how I wanted it, offering helpful suggestions and answering all my questions with a great attitude. Even during a busy time, she stayed calm, courteous, and efficient — a true example of excellent customer service.

It’s rare to come across someone who takes so much pride in their work and genuinely cares about the customer experience. Emily is a credit to the El Jannah team, and I’ll definitely be coming back thanks to her amazing service.

Our visit to El Jannah in Tahmoor was fantastic! The food came out in under two minutes, which was super impressive — and everything was fresh and hot, including the chips. The garlic sauce was full of flavour, and the chicken was moist, tender, and absolutely delicious.

The service was just as great as the food. A big shoutout to Anna, who was incredibly kind and polite. She even brought over profiteroles on the house, which was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture — it really made our night!

The vibe of the place was relaxed and welcoming. We had a great experience and I’d 100% recommend El Jannah Tahmoor to anyone looking for fresh, fast, and tasty food with amazing service. Can’t wait to go back!

how could you beat the classic charcoal chicken??? But what's amazing in this place that sets it apart from other branches is the staff that really goes out of their way to check if everything is OK. The place was spotless clean on the day of our visit. Not a fan of the pickles, but that's just a matter of personal preference as i like mine sweet and sour.
