On March 31, 2025, we were traveling from Sydney to Kangaroo Valley on Eid day and decided to take a break to eat at a place we love. I want to express my appreciation for the young girl at the counter (I don't know her name); she was amazing, and her customer service skills were outstanding. I tried to give her a tip, but she said they are not allowed to accept tips. That's a shame, as companies should permit their employees to accept gratuities. Overall, we enjoyed great food and lovely customer service, which is not something you often find in Sydney.
