I’ve been a regular at El Jannah Plumpton for quite some time now, ordering 4–6 times a week during my lunch breaks or in between meetings. The store is always packed, with long lines and a constant rush, yet the team never misses a beat.

I have to give a special shoutout to Ashleigh and Vallery—these two stand out for their incredible customer service. No matter how busy it gets, they handle everything with professionalism, patience, and a positive attitude that’s truly rare to see in fast-paced environments like this. They remember customers, treat everyone with respect, and manage the chaos with a smile.

To the management: Please take care of Ashleigh and Vallery. They deserve recognition, and honestly, some form of compensation for their hard work wouldn’t go astray. It’s not easy working in such a high-pressure environment, and these two make the experience enjoyable for so many customers like me.
