El Jannah (Marsden Park) Chicken Shop

I had an absolutely amazing experience at El Jannah. The service was honestly outstanding from start to finish. I walked in around 6pm and the manager, Abdullah, was incredibly kind and welcoming, and he regularly checked in on me throughout my visit to make sure I had everything I needed. His attention to detail and genuine care really made the experience stand out. The food was amazing as well. Everything was delicious, fresh and full of flavor. It also came out within around 5 minutes, which was seriously impressive, especially considering how busy the restaurant was. The atmosphere was another highlight. It felt very welcoming, comfortable and relaxed, making the whole experience even better. Huge thanks to the whole team and especially Abdullah for the great service. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend El Jannah to anyone looking for great food and even better service!

I went into the store today and was immediately greeted by the manager on shift, Abdullah. As he took my orders he remained welcoming and polite regardless of the time I took to order. The store was very clean and food was cooked to perfection. Customer service is overall top tier especially from their manager.

Each time I’ve ordered here, I’ve never been disappointed! I’ve ordered take out and dined in and I’ve never had an issue! Everything on the menu is absolutely delicious and if you are unsure what to cater for your next big group, order here! They make it so incredibly easy and this is my 3rd catering order and it’s always a guest favourite! I’d like to highlight my last experience though as this deserves a big shoutout. Last Saturday I made a catering order and went in to pick it up only to find out I placed it for the following day! The floor manager (I think) whose name is Abs?, didn’t dismiss it or make me feel any less, took control and told me he’d take care of it. He was so kind, lovely and the epitome of excellent customer service that he deserves all the recognition! Despite it being a big order, he made it work and I got it all in the most reasonable time and manner! It’s so refreshing seeing people who value their work and know how to deliver great customer service! Thank you Abs and the entire team at Marsden Park for always pulling through but for making this particular occasion so relieving and easy! God bless 🙏🏾

Recently I paid a visit to this place as i was fortunate to win a big priced voucher. However, i ran into technical issues on the app so went in store to sort out the issue. The team along with the manager Saphira were amazing in helping me with my situation. But they weee having the same technical issue, ended up calling technical support and turns out there was an error on my voucher that i won and couldn't use it that night. By this point my kids got super hangry and i thanked the ladies for their support and stated i will return when it's sorted. By the kindness of Saphira, she gave me dinner to compensate for all the technical issues. She didn't have to, but it helped my family out with the dilemma which we are very grateful for. The food is amazing, customer support and also the atmosphere! I am now back to pump $300 into this store as a thankful for their amazing service and the great management from Saphira!

Yesterday was our first experience at El Jannah Marsden Park and I’m glad to say that it definitely won’t be our last! I took my family out for dinner around 8:00 PM and was immediately greeted by a lovely staff member at the counter. Since it was our first time, I wasn’t sure what would be best for a family of four, but she was very helpful and made sure we ordered exactly what we needed. The food came out hot and fresh, and the fries were great as well. She then came over again, and I’m glad I caught her name this time, Navita. She offered colouring books to my children, which kept them entertained and in a great mood throughout dinner. She also checked on us during our meal to make sure everything was okay and even gave us some free sauce. Honestly, this was one of the best fast food experiences we’ve had. The service was lovely, the environment was clean, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. It’s definitely worth trying, and we’ll be back again! Also the fattoush here is one of the best i have had.
