We were looking for halal certified restaurants and found this. Ordered two boxes - fried and charcoal. Both costed 22 dollars. If you want to have a light snack, one box felt enough for two person. Even though we were having this as lunch, one box per person felt a lot and we had hard time finishing it. My husband liked the charcoal chicken and burger very much. He said it was one of the best burgers he had. I think it was good but not the best. And I didn’t like the upper layer of the chicken much because it felt a bit burnt for me.

The service was good and the stuffs were friendly.

Solid Chicken shop, not bad value in the family boxes. Something wrong with their pickle (torshi) brining though, like eating a sour warhead, maybe staff need training?

Hey fellas, your tabbouleh slays & the garlic sauce is off the scale, nom nom nom. Always lovely staff serving.

Ordered fried box.

Chicken was hot as, and perfectly juicy.

Chips were out of this world.

Service incredibly fast and store was spotless.

Well be back when in the area

Consistently the best quality El Jannah when we visit weekly on Sunday afternoon. Chicken is tender including the breast which isn't always the case at other El Jannah stores. Bread is super soft, also not always the case as I've noticed some El Jannah can give you day or 2 old bread. New fit out, comfortable cosy booth seats and great lighting. Will continue to come back here for my El Jannah fix.

There's a damn good char to that chicken, no doubt. The garlic sauce is nice as well. The customer service is good, and I'm glad that they're on the North Shore; I'd hate to have to drive out for their chicken!

Excellent alternative to have chicken ...

The food quality is amazing! I have never complained about their chicken being lower than my expectations. Especially their garlic sauce - a must try. Their customer service is also very nice. Even with the place being crowded, it didn’t feel cramped. I personally really like the atmosphere - it really sets a good mood. Would definitely recommend :)

It was our first visit today at EJ and we totally loved it! Staffs were super friendly, atmosphere was great, loved the waiting area and of course we loved all the food that we ordered- crispy chicken box, chicken salad & 1/2 chicken. We'll defo come back! Highly recommended!

El jannah has made it to crows nest never thought I’d see the day.

I suppose this is the real benefit of having the metro go east, forever waiting for the northern beaches metro so they can experience the jannah as well.

I would like it to be know that I fully support the colonisation of the east in the Sydney chicken wars by el jannah, move over chargrill Charles, el jannah is coming, Frangos’ really have to step up there game, they aren’t losing territory but if this were risk there would be a build up of troops next to their provinces and the direction of the game is becoming clear even if it takes another 65 turns to finish.
