Great food and service but sitting areas too full and restaurant too small and congested

First time been in this eatery. Cant really say much, food great, service ok, atmosphere is very nice

The servers are knowledgeable about the menu and are more than happy to provide recommendations based on your preferences. The service is prompt but never rushed, allowing you to Savor every moment of your meal.
Now, let’s talk about the star of the show: the food. El Jannah’s menu features a mouthwatering array of authentic Middle Eastern dishes. Here are some of the highlights that earned them a solid five stars in my book.
The half a chicken pack is so good. This dish is legendary! The chicken is marinated to perfection and grilled over charcoal, giving it a smoky flavour that's simply irresistible. Each bite is juicy and bursting with flavour, making it an absolute must-try.

I’ve been wanting to check out this Charcoal chicken place for a while now and saw they opened this new restaurant in Blacktown. It’s across from their old restaurant. I was a little hesitant due to very mixed reviews for their other locations, but I couldn’t fault the food or service! And being a new restaurant fit-out, it was very clean & modern! Thanks for a great experience El Jannah! I’ll be back!

Food was super good! I was actually surprised! The charcoal chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Love the garlic sauce too! The food was fresh as well! Was so happy with the fries and chicken❤️

Been twice now. The first time got a $20 special. So good.
Second time we got a $40 deal and got 5 meals out of it. The last meal I made a pizza with the bread, added some cheese and salami and nom nom nom

New El Jannah in Blacktown. Sparkling Clean.. better than the old location and no funny odours anymore.
Now prefer to dine in..
great food as always though.

Great new shop in Westpoint, great for parking. Food is always good but the falafel were so much smaller.

Always a fave! Sooo much more convenient when they moved in Westpoint Shopping Centre.
