El Jannah (Bankstown) Chicken Shop

Food was good, salad and chicken lovely, dips vey fresh, but they forgot to add the free EJ bites in my family feast. I was order 41 on the 24 th Of March. I think they had too many orders to prepare at Iftar so they were over whelmed.

Food was delicious. Our server Jacob H was friendly and courteous and sorted out our table and made sure we had a pleasant dining experience. Recommended!

Never disappoints. Did a pickup online today and despite the busy time close to iftar time staff did amazing job. I did wait 20 minutes but they were apologetic. My chicken and food was fresh. I did have 1 item missing but jumped online on chat and they gave me voucher. Online and inperson great 👍

I commend them for their effort but the wait time is unbelievable during peak hours and during Ramadan.

However, El Jannah food is always top notch and the portions are massive

I first walked in and was greeted by Gabriel and his welcoming smile, he was very kind and make sure our order was correct and also told his co workers to make my order fresh because i had a long drive home. We had a few questions and Gabriel answered them with kindness and respect, his customer service was top notch and the girl packing my order at the front made my order correctly and fresh just how i asked for, this is the customer service we value and need in other stores, i waited 5 minutes for fresh chips and chicken, and was very happy with the food. Gabriel was such an amazing worker and definitely needs to be paid more for his awesomeness. Thank you will definitely recommend to my friends and come again.

We were served by a wonderful and most pleasant worker by the name of Sarah. She was so delightful and a smile that brought such Joy to our family. If El jannah bankstown is reading this I truely hope we here that she is praised for her dedication to your brand.

Hit or miss. I think it's a 50/50 chance to whether the food is spectacular or too dry/soggy.

Portion sizes are quite big and delicious. Charcoal chicken is the most delicious one in the options, smells fully charcoal smoke... yummy.
