Absolutely loved my experience at El Jannah Sydney CBD! If you’re a fan of charcoal chicken, this place definitely deserves a visit. The charcoal chicken was the star — beautifully smoky on the outside, tender and juicy inside, with that unmistakable flame-grilled flavour. 🔥🍗 Pair it with the legendary toum (garlic sauce) and it goes to another level. Creamy, punchy and seriously addictive! 🤤🧄 The hot chips, Lebanese bread and pickles complete the meal perfectly. Simple food, but when everything is fresh and full of flavour like this, it just works. The CBD location is also super convenient, the restaurant has a lively atmosphere, and the service was quick and friendly.

I was here on Friday the 14 of August I’ll only give a 2 star review for the food since the chicken that I ordered was burned but the lady with a scarf on that served me was so kind friendly and helpful she was kind enough to look after me without having to give me side eyes when I’m not satisfied with my order last time a different lady served me she was wearing glasses she gave me side eyes when I told her that I’m not satisfied with my order but this time I was looked after by an angel everyone need that kind of staff in their company when it comes to providing good costumer services ur not supposed to give costumers side eyes when they tell u that they’re not satisfied with their orders god bless this lovely lady that I came across this Friday I don’t know her name but she was Muslim I could tell by her hijab her costumer service was 10/10

The chicken itself is next level — juicy, smoky, perfectly charred on the outside without a hint of dryness inside. The garlic sauce is criminally good, the kind you end up dunking everything into, chips included. Speaking of chips, they’re crispy on the outside, fluffy inside, and they soak up that garlic sauce like it was made for exactly that purpose. The service was quick even during a lunch rush, staff were friendly, and the CBD location makes it an easy stop whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or sitting in for the full experience. Honestly one of the best charcoal chicken spots I’ve been to. If you’re in the city and craving something that actually hits, El Jannah CBD is a must. Can’t recommend it enough — already planning my next visit. thanks for the free slushie
