1. Promotional Period

1.1 The Promotion is valid from 25th November 2025 and will continue until notice is provided by El Jannah on its website that the Promotion has ended. El Jannah reserves the right to amend the promotional period at its discretion.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Referrers must be existing El Jannah Legendary Rewards Program account holders.

2.2 Referees must be new customers who have never held an El Jannah Legendary Rewards account.

2.3 Franchisees, Employees, contractors, and staff members of El Jannah or its affiliates are not eligible to participate as either Referrers or Referees.

2.4 Referees must be aged 18 years or over and reside in Australia.

3. How to Participate

3.1 Referrers must request a unique referral QR code or link through the El Jannah Rewards App by providing the email address linked to their Legendary Rewards Program account. El Jannah will then email the Referrer a unique referral QR code or link.

3.2 Referrers may then share the QR code or link with a friend or family member, provided:

• the recipient is personally known to the Referrer; and
• the recipient has consented to receive the referral link or QR code.

3.3 Referral links or QR codes must not be shared on public websites, online forums, coupon or discount code websites, or social media platforms intended for broad or anonymous audiences.

3.4 Referrers must not send referral links or codes to individuals they do not personally know or who have not consented to receive them.

4. Rewards

4.1 Both the Referrer and Referee will receive a reward once the Referee has:

• signed up for the El Jannah Legendary Rewards program via the referral link or QR code, and
• successfully verified their account, subject to El Jannah’s verification process.

4.2 The reward will appear in the Offers section of the El Jannah Rewards app (logged in) within 5 business days of verification. El Jannah will email the Referrer and Referee once the reward is available within the El Jannah Rewards app. Each coupon:

• is redeemable at participating El Jannah locations;
• is valid for a single transaction only;
• is subject to a minimum spend of $25;
• will expire within 336 hours from being added to your account. This expiry date and time will appear within the coupon itself.
• is subject to separate coupon terms and conditions which will appear on the coupon itself.

5. Limits

5.1 There is no limit to the number of Referees a Referrer may invite.

5.2 Each Referee is eligible for one referral reward only, regardless of how many Referrers share a code or link with them.

6. Privacy

6.1 By participating in the Promotion, you agree to El Jannah collecting, storing, and handling your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

6.2 Personal information collected as part of this Promotion will only be used for administering the Promotion and the Rewards Program. This includes emails sent by El Jannah to participants which provide a QR code or link or notify participants of a reward.

6.3 Referrers must not share referral links or QR codes with individuals who have not consented to receive them.

7. General Conditions

7.1 Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

7.2 This Promotion is governed by El Jannah’s general Terms and Conditions, the Legendary Rewards Program Terms and Conditions and the specific Coupon Terms and Conditions, which apply to any coupon issued under this Promotion.

7.3 El Jannah reserves the right to:

• modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time by providing reasonable prior notice on El Jannah’s website;
• withhold or cancel rewards in cases of actual or suspected fraud, misuse, or breach of these Terms and Conditions;
• Verify the identity and eligibility of Referrers and Referees at any time.
