We the family & I all love this place of always fresh chicken always hot like right off the spit.
We had a delivery sent to us last week, ordered 4legs with chips, tabouleh, bread & ka’bis (pickles).
We didn’t get the pickles.
It’s really hard eating El’janneh chicken alone when you know there’s ka’bis.
I was bothered to drive there personally so I did, told the staff & manager my little story he was prepared to replace the entire meal for the inconvenience.
I just took the ka’bis x2 & fresh chips.

On my way to the store I was thinking my chips would be cold. I was so happy to hear the manager gladly aim’s to please he’s customers.

Only thing was when I went back home we realised the chicken was missing 2 legs.
Happy with the knowledge that El’janneh would solve customers service complaints we continued eating until satisfied.

I do know that it happens sometimes though, They should only carefully read orders twice before sending out.
100% would recommend this particular store in Prestons

I had family over and we purchased large family feast meal. We ordered at drive through say 7pm drove to Window ,paid received food at 7.01pm !!!!! Unbelievable!!! My visitors were in shock as they've had to wait up 40mins lakemba.
Plz keep up the great service and great foods. Thanku 😊

What a warm welcoming restaurant this is the first time my husband an myself have tried this the service was second to know was easy to get a car park greeted with friendly staff, food was fresh hot and mouth watering. Cannot wait to come back again amazing friendly staff

Whenever we visit Syd our go to eating place is always El Jannah 💯💯 last visit was 3yrs ago and it still didnt disappoint 👌👌 we def need this place in Brissy 😍 charcoal chicken cooked to its finest, yummy seasoned chips..but its their delicious garlic sauce...🫠🫠😍😍😍 we always buy extra to take back to Brissy lol go the TOA 🇼🇸
