I've been coming to El Jannah Charcoal Chicken in Kogarah for a few years now, and it never disappoints. The customer service is consistently excellent – always warm, friendly, and efficient. Special shoutout to the manager Rahul – he's an absolute champion and truly sets the tone for the whole place. All the staff are beautiful people who make you feel welcome every time.

I've visited other El Jannah locations around Sydney, but Kogarah stands out as the best. The quality of the food and the level of service here is second to none. If you're after top-notch charcoal and fried chicken and genuine hospitality, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!

I went with my family for a quick half chicken. The costumer services were incredible. However, the food is still too roasted almost burned. So, the taste is lost.
