For a commercialised / franchised fast food version of a West Sydney icon, this is a 5 star fast "healthy-ish" alternative where the chicken is succulent and fresh, the dips hold their own (although I think there could be a market opportunity in having variants of hommous, some richer or more oily, garlic or flavoursome than the standard), and the tabbouli is legitimately as good as you'd find in Granville or Auburn with that strong fresh (not reconstituted) lemon zang. Really can't fault the tabbouli at all, and the rest is a welcome and in my view superior alternative to the Charcoal Chicken of the North shore.Crows Nest has good service, decent seating capacity (although limited booths for children and families) and on both occasions I've been there, the two toilets have been clean and presentable (which is a very easy way to determine staff attention to cleanliness routines). The Lebanese bread is fresh and soft and the garlic dip is not as strong as you'd expect in the West but a flavoursome addition to any chicken main.Good spot for a quick and healthy-ish feed with a 10/10 tabbouli I can't fault.

I tried the roll meal, the roll was really fresh and nice. The front service was really good, i would say, the best service the ever had in fast food business. Would definitely go back❤️❤️

Delivery is not great as the chicken is placed in same box as chips and the lid can't be closed. To make it worse the cold drink inside the same bag makes both the chicken and chips cold. Fortunately we have an airfryer and can reheat chicken. Taste is still good when reheated. Food instore is always great, and even when we do pick-up I can at least separate the drink, helping keep the food hot on the way home. It's great to have an el jannah in the local area without having to go out west.

When I tell you the chicken here is TO DIE FOR I mean I would literally die for this chicken. If I am on my death bed I swear my last words will be "Get me some El Jannah from Crows Nest!" because there is NOTHING better then El Jannah and no better place then Crows Nest. That Garlic Sauce always hits the spot and the chicken is juicy and makes me want to jump up and sing and you know when I want to jump up and sing that it is good food.If you haven't come here then WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR? I'm telling you, you won't regret it! Love you El Jannah <3

Absolutely love this place. Decent value for money, good service and the chips have gotten so much better (hotter and crispier and better seasoned) than they were the first few weeks after opening. The garlic sauce is, as always, incredible.

The legendary charcoal chicken and garlic sauce are a match made in heaven. This wasn't my first time there, and it definitely won't be my last. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. It was perfect for a nice meal with my family.I highly recommend El Jannah for anyone looking to enjoy some fantastic Lebanese-Australian food. I can't wait to visit again!
