Our charcoal chicken roll, done the Lebanese way in honour of the Lebanon Cedars. Charcoal chicken, garlic, green pickles and chips, wrapped up in Lebanese bread. Simple, the way it should be.
And it doesn’t come alone. Every Cedars Roll Meal is served with a small toum (our famous garlic sauce) and a side of tabouli.

- Dip it in the toum.
- Dunk it in the tabouli.
- Repeat until there’s nothing left.
