Everything was perfection, I am currently visiting from Sydney, and I’d have to say one thing that disappointed me was the choice of Lebanese bread, it just wasn’t the same. Regardless, I’m not basing the review solely from the bread. It’s not fair, as everything else including the chips were perfect. My order was the took platter and it was delivered to my car in the parking bay, another cool feature I haven’t seen at Sydney!

So impressed with this place! Everything was hot, fresh, lovely presentation, good prices, delicious sauces, moist chicken, great serving sizes! So much better than the regular takeaway chains that charge ridiculous prices for food that looks stepped on and is usually cold. Well done guys - what you expect when you pay for food.

****UPDATE AS OF 18th March.
Food was ordinary today. Not bad, but not great like it was 6 months back. Chips were warm not hot - chicken the same. Could tell it'd been sitting for a while. Presentation not as good..
Hopefully this was just a one off day.

All food was very hot and fresh. The charcoal chicken and the gravy were huge stand outs for us definitely recommend. A few dirty tables and was hot inside restaurant. Service was fine.

Just an update, the last two times we have had it my wife and I have both had to goto the toilet 30 minutes to an hour after eating it as it was really greasy chicken. My stomach didn’t like it at all. We had put off having it for a while for that very reason. It did a number on me tonight and I had to take gastro stop. Other than that we have had El Jannah a few times since it took over here from the old La Porchetta restaurant. The chicken is always succulent and coated with the best spices. The gravy is next level. The tenders and wings are amazing. Chips are always hot.

I ordered a few items, and when I picked up my order and returned home, which is about 5 kilometers away, I discovered that one item was missing. I went back to retrieve the missing item, but by the time I got home again, my entire order was cold because of the 30-minute delay. No one enjoyed the meal due to the poor customer service, so it's important for everyone to check their orders before leaving.

Long time El Jannah fan. Been having since 2017 Granville.
The staff forgot babaganoush and didn't deliver. I had to remind. They had skewers on the menu but not displayed anywhere. I asked at counter and he said they are there but how do I know what you have if you don't keep a menu? They just have big screens with combos.

It's a bit sad to see how they have become more like any other fast food joint. The essence is gone. I had babaganoush but it now came in a plastic box. Cutlery replaced by paper plates. Pickles came in disposable boxes. I left with mixed feelings.
