Look.... I want to be kind. They are not bad - but are experiencing the teething problems any business would have when expanding as a franchise. They are capable of good things, but also capable of mistakes. Unfortunately at this stage in their development they are inconsistent.

Very keen and hopeful that time will help grow out of these issues.
