Im a regular customer, buy food everyday for breakfast and lunch from drive thru. There is no doubt the food is good thats why Im regular but the staff is rude, Im allergic to lettuce and two consecutive days I told them to remove lettuce from my burger but they didn’t, and when I complained about it they didn’t even bother to say sorry. I buy fresh chicken rolls with leg piece which I pay extra for and still getting the rolls with breast piece which is hard for me to eat as Im a truck driver and I have no place to re heat my food. I hope this complain will reach to the owner.

Always a great experience, tonight we got take out as we usually dine in, and our order was missing our Lebanese bread !
We didn’t go back and couldn’t call the store no phone number.
Please double check ppl’s orders.
Apart from that we are always happy with everything.

Nadine cleaned a table for us immediately and apologised that there would be a small delay as there were many orders before ours.
